Website Redesign Project:
Branded disease treatment site for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. OFEV.com is currently in the development phase. Clients wanted a complete redesign of the site as the current live site is not performing well.
This UX project started with mapping user goals, business goals, and existing site data. We identified that the user engagement was low and the bounce rate was high. To solve the existing issues and incorporate new requirements. As registration was important we wanted to create a progressive disclosure experience to keep the user engaged. We also did competitive analysis and white-boarding, ideation and followed by sitemap and wireframes, usability testing, and design reviews. Usability testing showed that the registration page tested really well and users found the experience easy to complete even though it takes multiple steps.
Below is a sneak peek of the initial wires for a Support page and New Registration experience.
